The Fired-Up Group can provide medico legal assessments to determine the impact of an injury on a person’s life. Considering the person’s ability to return to any form of employment or home activities, the Fired-Up Group undertake an Activities of Daily Living (ADL) assessment or Functional Capacity Assessment (FCE) which aims to establish a person’s level of independence and/or impairment.

The Fired-Up Group are used to working through hundreds of medical documents to identify relevant information and then cross reference that to a person’s reported level of ability. The assessment can take place in the person’s home, in their workplace or in a Fired-Up Group location.

Depending on your needs our reports can simply focus on the level of impairment or make recommendations for possible equipment, changes to the environment, training, restricted duties or a multitude of alternate solutions to maximise function.

The Fired-Up Group also have access to a team of Vocational Consultants who are highly experienced in completing Employability Assessments.
