When the Fired-Up Group come to your workplace you can expect a Fired-Up Group Ergonomic Assessment to include:
- Assessment of each individual’s workstation – reviewing problematic areas reported by the person, seating, worksurfaces, reach envelopes, storage, access/egress lighting etc.;
- Education on ergonomic principles and correct workstation adjustments – this allows the person to adjust their workstation themselves after we have left, and should things or workstations change;
- Review equipment requirements and workstation modifications;
- Demonstrate exercise and stretch regimes;
- Promote preventative strategies; and
- Provide a brief report on the findings of each assessment and make recommendations where applicable.
